I dropped by to pick up a marketplace purchase for my neice. The park appears to be going through renovation with new and older model homes visible.

Scam. Paid $650 between deposit and first months rent on a lot listed as a mobile home lot. Was unable to move my trailer there because the electric hookups are regulated for campers. Landlord refuses to get them updated for mobile homes, refuses to respond, and refuses to refund my money. He STILL has these lots up for rent listed as mobile home lots do NOT give him any money until you personally verify he has updated the electric for the lots.

Stayed with my friend for a few months but they was there for over a year. The floor was caving in all through the house, front door floor when you walked in was almost completely gone. I ended up falling through a bedroom floor. They wouldn't replace windows, floor or anything they needed at all. One rooms wall to the outside of the house was exposed, her dad ended up having to fix it himself. This is a edit 07/12/22, Good NEWS!!! The previous "property management" left at the beginning of the year. The new management has been left with many issues that were hidden from the owner & left undone. But, things are getting better here. I'm glad the owner & management didn't just condemn the trailer park, as many believed. They manage multiple properties & live off site, but they have found friendly employees who are working toward a better place to call home.
