Our experience at Terrible Grove Apartments. STAY AWAY!! Where to begin, we got towed our first week because Ashley never explained the whole Yellow/Purple pass properly to us. We got towed for having the purple pass outside instead, regardless we were parked in our own lot. They sent out an email immediately after I brought it to their attention that they did not explain it to us, go figure. BUGS, bugs in your cabinets, on your floors, little roaches. Stone Grove is a great community and a place you can be confident in the level of service you receive from all staff members. They go above and beyond to get to know each and every resident on a first name basis and are always there to help. The Apartments are spacious and the rates offered are some of the best in Burnsville. Bad staff and poor quality high prices for a low quality place. Dirty and unkept. The entry step are a hazard. They tow you any chance they get. Even out of reserved underground spot. Terrible people
RecommendedHi i recommend StoneGrove Apartments .I been here four years the staff and mainteanance friendly. people.I never have problems getting anything things fixed in my apartment. Stonegrove Apartment loving place to live. Tenants. need take control of their childrens running around tear up the property!!!
The maintnance guys, and one in particular, are exceptional and always helpful. however, I am dissappinted by the lack of processionalsm of the office staff. It is unclear what the value or mission is. The low google rating of 1.7 truly shows. What makes it worse is the staffs unwillingness to help, answer questions, and provide good customer service.
