At first I thought maybe I am on candid camera or Punk'd nope.... this six plex is on verge of being condemned I suspect. Who is going to buy their own appliances for a rental? Furthermore presence of black mold in bathroom and in drywall in bedroom peeking thru the whitewash paint. Told the guy this is people's health...have to have mold remediation company come in....replace drywall.... said to me that would cost him money .... duh...well vacant units are costing this clown money. No way will any sane person rent his unit.... read more

Was showed an apartment with NO fride NO ac unit and NO stove. Black mold was very much present on the walls. and I was apalled that someone could show an apartment like that. Not only is it TOXIC to other but to think that its ok to show an apt that looks like that, id be afraid of what the others look like. and THEY STILL WANTED CLOSE TO $400 FOR RENT.
