I lived in this apartment complex since 2023.At the start of my stay in this place it was a calm, nice and understanding community run under different management. I always paid my fees in time and never tried to see over the major challenges I encountered. As time went by I started having more complaints from bathroom and roof leakage coming from the interior walls. They only do 6 month or even 5 month leases (!!!) and spike your rent every renewal. This month I got two days notice before my renewal was due that pet rent had increased from $10 to $40 on top of the $20 rent increase they do every 6 months, and for a 5 month lease, not even 6 months, so they can raise it even sooner. The whole two streets are the same address so delivery can be a hassle, and don't expect the tow truck to ever come help when non-residents park inside the gate.
