They only do 6 month or even 5 month leases (!!!) and spike your rent every renewal. This month I got two days notice before my renewal was due that pet rent had increased from $10 to $40 on top of the $20 rent increase they do every 6 months, and for a 5 month lease, not even 6 months, so they can raise it even sooner. The whole two streets are the same address so delivery can be a hassle, and don't expect the tow truck to ever come help when non-residents park inside the gate.
