It was disappointing that you could not provide us with a new toothbrush amd floss at the end of our cleanings - for the second consecutive visit. We have NEVER been with a dental practice that does not provide this basic level of service. All else went well, as always.

Cleaning by Chelsea was complete and informative to my specific needs and general info was given. follow up was arranged professionally, and appointments sorted out for invisalign and next cleaning. That gets more complicated and Gayle was able to move appointments to suit my needs. please send as few reminders and confirmation requests as possible. I get one by email and also texts.
