great as always. the only thing i forgot to ask in the throes of the drama around my tooth was to know what kind of expenses I am going to be involved with over the next 18 months and plan accordingly. That would be really helpful to know.

Janine cleaned my teeth, and it's about as good as a cleaning gets...but I'd still prefer IV morphine.
