Dr. Stone never gave up on my son, who had complicated muscle issues that originated from a virus. Dr. Stone is able to thoroughly diagnose and treat a patient, because he observes and listens to the patient. Previous doctors were not listening to my son, not observing my son, and mostly trying to treat him with pain killers that had no effect. Thanks to Dr. Stone, my son is now running track and playing basketball again. Does anyone know where Dr. Stone went after UPMC? I may need him again in the future.
If I could, I would rate zero stars. Complete waste of my time. I was referred to him by a upmc nurse and a lady on the referral line when I complained of bilateral leg swelling and pain. He never even looked at my legs and complained about working for upmc multiple times in the appointment. He also stated that he has less than six weeks left with upmc. He did not listen to really anything I had to say. Instead he was more irritated that he felt upmc sent me to the wrong department. Fine, but don’t take it out on me.

One of the most professional and efficient doctors I have ever seen. Will always use services of Dr. Stone if needed.
Dr Stone is knowledgeable and demonstrates a patient centered approach. After struggling with a vague and difficult to diagnose injury, Dr Stone was able to accurately identify and begin to treat the problem. I am optimistic about my ability to recover.
