You know…I was scared to work with them due to the bad reviews, but the unit they had listed was exactly what I was looking for. It was a Sunday and I knew their office wouldn’t be open to call before applying,like the ad said to do. To say that we are displeased with the professionalism and basic common courtesy of this management company is an understatement. First, when we moved in, the house was NOT clean. We were given a $150 credit to account for this. (first red flag). Upon move-in, we were not provided with the house key. We had to ask via text TWICE before finally being provided with the house key and garage remote, over TWO weeks after moving in and living in the house. Had to change my review. When Chris ran the company they were fair and honest. However Courtney does not keep her word so beware
Was interested in a property and saw on the website it says to call the office before submitting an online application so that's what I did. Called multiple times. One time it seems the phone was answered and immediately hung up. Left a message and no call back. Must not be too eager to get any business. Completely unprofessional.
Look at how the owner responds to people.. that right there is a red flag to not continue further- update 4 months later lol glad I chose to not use them - and there are tons of companies with REAL good reviews made by REAL customers/patients etc so let’s not pull that fake reviews line
