DO NOT RENT FROM STONE CREEK APARTMENTS. Within the last three months since I’ve lived in these apartments I’ve dealt with a total of seven inconveniences. My husband and I are dual military and sadly had to sell our house because we were waiting to PCS and unfortunately we ended up renting from Stone Creek Apartments (adding to our already stressful situation). 1. We moved in almost 2 months ago and I already can’t say enough about how kind everyone is. Megan, Terry and Naysa in the office are always so friendly and happy to help. We had an issue with our AC and the Maintenance team (Gerald, Jose and James) immediately came to the rescue. They did an awesome job and loved on our new puppy as well! The gym is great, saunas/pools are relaxing, very pet friendly and both our neighbors and the staff make it a welcoming community to live in! Highly recommend living here.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and it is a wonderful place to live . I can say the services they provide are amazing . The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and maintenance orders are a breeze. The office administration is a dream come true and so helpful. A wonderful family oriented place to live !
Megan in the front office is excellent. Jose in service is fantastic. We love our new apartment.
Nice location, close to a lot of different businesses and restaurants. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Good distance from base of you work there. Always felt safe and at home in the community. Only negative would be that sometimes standard work orders were not completed in what I considered to be a timely manner.
The maintenance is very fly by night. Air Conditioning is shambles. My experience was over 3 days without Air conditioning over the weekend. It was over 95 degrees in the apartment. I spent over a hundred dollars on fans. When I disputed the rent price for the month I was slapped with more late fees. And the explanation that they were two separate issues. Last year a car port fell over due to the pillars support being rotted out. All that happened was a repainting of the pillars. No reinforcements or repairs, just a cheap pa... read more
