This is the worst place I've lived at yet. The staff is so disorganized and completely unprofessional. Before I even moved in, I was told everything would be ready and the lease would be prepped for me to sign on move in day. Come move in day, I was told move in time wouldn't be until 4pm which is completely outrageous because I found out nothing was done not even the lease due to the fact they were in the middle of changing management. If there was a way to give negative stars I would. This apartment gave a student discount and that is why I chose it when I moved to Tyler for my Masters. The complex is dirty and unsafe, my car has been keyed multiple times and I have caught two people trying to break into it. They honestly let anybody live here. The actual apartment is smaller which is fine, but everything is falling apart. For the first three months my bathroom would be backed up with sewage, and I had to go to a gas station to use a bathroom. My kitchen ... read more
This apartment is horrendous!!! My apartment has been leaking water for a month now AND HAS MOLD... I've called and called time after time for them to fix the problem but they simply didn't care. When I told them about the problem they weren't bothered at all I called corporate 6 times and my apartment is still leaking!!! And today the told me I couldn't break my lease !!!! This apartment is not worth at all what you'll be paying for. Maintenance will not come for you unless you have just moved in. They will fine you for everything(if I remember correctly, ex. $50 for garbage left outside of the dumpster, $25 and up if your balcony light is out...etc). The management is very unfriendly. They will not work with you in any situation and scrap all the money that they can get from you. A/c and heater is so loud that it'll bother you during your sleep.
