Merl Stone Tulare I am very dissatisfied with the service dept. I bought the extended service warranty through GM. So the warranty is through GM and not a fly by nights warranty company. I needed service work on my truck which the service work was approved by GM. When it was all done. The Serv writer called and said they needed me to sign a payment paper.
