New update 11/28/2025 This trip was for preventative maintenance suggested when I was there last. I have had this truck for almost ten years. I have bought 8 cars and have spent hundreds of thousands at Merle stone. If they will throw me under the bus I can only imagine what they would do to someone who only buys 1 new car in their lifetime . Went in for standard service. The staff was professional, answers questions, and provides through service.
Booked a 10 AM oil change appointment online and selected the shuttle option. I arrived before 10 and confirmed it was an express oil change that should be done fairly quickly. I chose the shuttle option online and I was told they would pick me up in the afternoon once the car was ready. By 4:30 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything.
