The absolute worst place to live, you hear everything from your neighbors and they do you, their management is trash, security guards, the windows don’t open, I was locked out for 2 hours on a Friday night at 12am for 2 hours and no one did nothing, no one knew nothing and it was the buildings fault because it was the keycards that would not allow us in. Beautiful loft apartments. There are some negative aspects of living here. It is city life with lots of concrete outside. A small grassy park like area out front. However it is not taken care of and it looks really bad. The parking is a nightmare. You have two options. Park across the street or in the 10th street parking garage. I do not feel safe at night going from either parking lot. No one takes care of the ice and snow out front.
