I have been living at Stone Center Lofts for the past year and a half, and Alyson has been a fantastic community manager. She is flexible, responsive, and easy to reach when needed. Obviously, I cannot speak for everyone else, but, personally, I have had very minimal complaints overall as a tenant at Stone Center Lofts. As a general rule, I rarely ever leave a five-star (5-star) review; however, I am willing to make that exception here for Alyson. She has been great.
Absolutely love it here. I needed a place last minute, and within weeks I was moved in. Alyson was a pleasure to work with. Extremely helpful. This place has absolutely everything I need. Very happy.
Move in was great. Apartment was clean and any help needed during my 3 years there was immediate and without issue. Alyson, the property manager, was always helpful and available when any maintenance issue arose (clogged pipes due to misuse above me) and very pleasant. She knows her job and is excellent at it. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
Let me start off by saying that Our apartment was a one bedroom loft, but gigantic. This was my first time renting a loft apartment. So when I was given a viewing of the apartment on the seventh floor, I did have reservations and had my list of questions.The manager who is still the manager now, I asked her about hearing neighbors so easily, and I had already noticed that my would be neighbors, had big dogs on both sides, and I also saw a Google review where it said you can hear everything in your neighbors apartment, includ... read more
The absolute worst place to live, you hear everything from your neighbors and they do you, their management is trash, security guards, the windows don’t open, I was locked out for 2 hours on a Friday night at 12am for 2 hours and no one did nothing, no one knew nothing and it was the buildings fault because it was the keycards that would not allow us in.
