As a retired architect who traditionally worked with a multitude of contractors and sub-contractors I can only praise Stone Centers most highly for their attention to detail. Shop drawings are critical for the accurate completion of any project and the shop drawing process at Stone Centers is absolutely great and resulted in a flawless project. The required etching of panels in our project was superb.
Had a great experience! Sales rep Kel or Collin was so patient helping us pick out stepping stones for our garden. Like that Stone Center is able to help with large projects as well as our smaller project!

Excellent communication. Also, the fact that I could send over plans/shop drawings and they handled the rest was a huge help. Finally, when the deadline got tight, these guys worked hard and beat it by 5 days. Great team to work with in this industry!
I highly recommend the Stone Center in Cincinnati and can’t speak highly enough about the gentleman who helped me, Kellan Jupp. He was so kind and friendly when I called (inquiring about pavers in stock) and went above and beyond to help me with my project when I showed up at their showroom.
