My experience with Alexis and Bo was very professional. The stones were delivered before actual planned date. Alexis made sure I was comfortable with my selection. Bo made sure that I didn't have to wait long before they were weighed for price quote. The stones were placed where i didn't have to move them far for their placement. These are iron spots on bluestone! paid for premium material! Going on 5 months and endless promises. The experience was very disappointing! I have would have to say with the promises they was supposed to deliver and the extremely high price with 5 months on waiting! I cant afford to do business there ! I as a contractor cant tell my customers and go back on my word because of lack of action and subpar material.
Alexis was helpful and more importantly, honest. Our initial order was priced by linear ft but should have been priced per stone. Unknown to me i got a refund! But, i would have never known if Alexis was not honest. Thanks. We’ll do business again!
We came in not really sure what I wanted for our yard. Alexis at the desk walked us threw the site and gave us as many options as possible by the 3rd visit she had a pallet pulled from the back to the light were we could really get a good look at them. Then Kellan helped make sure my delivery was exactly where and when I needed them on my site. All these visits were within 30 min of closing and not once were we rushed. We love our Pennsylvania Flagstone. (Pretty Rocks)
We were very impressed with Cincinnati Stone Center. Alexis & Pierre were very helpful in helping us view the limestone steps they fabricated for our patio, which are beautiful. In addition they went to extreme lengths moving equipment and walking us through their lot to help us find the perfect boulder for our front yard. I would give them an A rating for professionalism. They were truly a joy to work with
