If you love living in an over priced slum, then this is the place for you. If you love paying 800 dollars a month to fall through the floor, then yes youve found the right place. But what i love the most is when i have an issue that needs fixed, they send a maintenence man and it only takes 3 months for them to do it! Yet if youre a week late on half your rent, they send you an eviction notice with only 3 days to get out (which is illegal but they dont seem to care about legality).
