We LOVED our first experience with S&E, and will definitely be back!! We just returned from Europe, and eating outdoors with all the fresh ingredients and local cold delicious drinks, it was like being right back on the streets of Rome or Paris -- simply delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service, thank you!
Hubby and I ate at Stone and Embers in Philo last night. We arrived right before the kitchen was scheduled to stop cooking (8 PM), but the waitress said if we ordered quickly she would put it through. We ordered (to share) a large Little Gem Salad fumée blanc Pizza and two Anderson Valley Brewing Co. Hop 'Ottin IPAs. I have to say the garden dinning was nice and the wood fired pizza was good but not worth $19 nor the salad for $16. Service was fair, just didn't seem to care.
