If you buy a new car from them I highly recommend looking the entire car over with a fine toothed comb. They sold me a 2018 RAV4 with bad hood paint, sent it to a garage, and the hood is chipping terribly 6 months latter. The dealership is blaming stone chips, conveniently. Refusing to fix my hood. May I add is only 6 months old, paint job and the Rav itself. Location and seasons set aside. No new car should look like this after one winter and a repainted hood at that. It’s a shame. I found that the sales personnel were very committed professionals. My wife and I bought a new 2018 Rav4 XLE and a week later bought a used 2013 Tacoma. They were very expedient with the paperwork and helpful in explaining the vehicles options. My only complaint is that the dealership rolls out the red carpet when you buy a new vehicle but if you buy a used vehicle, they have you stand in the rain explaining everything to you and only give you a half a tank of gas. Yes they treat you very nice, listen to your questions and concerns also when you tell them what you would like your payments to be they will work hard to meet your budget I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from them today 11 29 2018. Go see Billy Davis he'll treat you right.
