I spent months trying to get my Lincoln MKC fixed, it was acting up terribly. The local dealer in town was not helpful, stating there was nothing wrong with my car and pushed me away in the end. I then headed to Stoltz Ford of St Marys and they were a HUGE help. They went above and beyond to fix my car and understand my frustration after 4 months of trying to get it fixed. My husband and I have been trying to buy 2 Ford F-150s from this dealer we have stopped in multiple times over the last 2 months and made many attempts to call and email the salesman but never get a responses. He would tell us he would send us information on a truck but never did. I just had my 09 Ford Fusion in for service! It has 130,000 on it and runs great! I have been taking it to Stoltz since I bought it! The appt was for a burned out turn signal light. But they checked under the hood as they usually do and found the starts of a mouse nest in the air filter box! Plus a burned out license plate light! I love how they look the car over! Plus the staff is so nice to me! They even took pictures of the mouse nest! Lol
