If you want to be treated in a condescending manner, price gouged, insulted and have your time wasted then this is the dealership for you. If you are an intelligent shopper who values your time, a fair price, honest people, and do not like to be insulted during the negotiation phase then, STAY AWAY. Do not be fooled by christian music and signs. Contradictory treatment is what I experienced.

All personnel are friendly and welcoming. The environment there is both professional and inviting. They treat you like a person & not just a number here. Especially Michael Dubois our favorite sales person and one we highly recommend!

A huge thank you to Joe and the service department. I was in HH for a meeting this week and my check engine light came on as I was headed home (6+hour drive)this morning. My Highlander is almost 14 years old and has 140K miles on it so I was afraid to keep driving. Took it to Stokes Brown, explained the situation, and they had me good to go within two hours- without an appointment. Talk about customer service- that's what it looks like.
Best customer service ever! Traveling from Charlotte, NC to Ft Myers, FL when I had a loud noise under the car. Took the next exit and checked. A cover had came loose and was hanging. Since I didn't know if this would cause more problems down the road I searched for the closest Toyota dealership. I was met by Mike @ service and he took a look, said there were some clips missing and replaced them. Receiving such wonderful customer service was such a blessing! Thank you Mike and Stokes Brown Toyota!
