The customer service and production team at Stokes is INCREDIBLE. Kennedy is amazing- she saved the day when there was an oversight (on our part) and gave me a lot of cost effective options. They reprinted in record time and the whole experience was seriously so amazing. I will never go to another print shop. We did an event for Nike and we needed 10 giant banners printed out, a Tournament Bracket, and a couple logo stencils all last second. Stokes was super helpful and professional and they made it happen in 1 day! Will be using them for everything going forward and DEFINITELY giving them more lead time for the next one.

Ran into a jam with a print job that was done elsewhere. I called Stokes on 620 at 4:15 PM on a Friday and explained my dilemma. Sent the file over for review while on the phone with them and they had it ready for me to pick up by end of business same day. Now that may be a one off situation To do same-day print, depending on what it is that you’re needing. This was a 3’ x 1’ decal. I've been using Stokes for a few years for my firm's signs, and they're great! Excellent communication, fast turnaround, and reasonable prices. We opened a Dallas office this year and still plan on using Stokes for all of our signs, as they also do shipping!
