Without Prejudice: Shingled over vents, incomplete ridge caps, damaged interlock, installed mis-color shingles, written promise to fix never came through, returned messages incomplete, finally, Jen and Jessie chose to hide from their commitments. I have the records for BBB. Another roofer had to clean up their mess. Deal with them on a 25%+ Holdback condition only.
Couldn't be happier with this company and crew. I had an ice jam and seriously leaking roof in the middle of Peterborough's record snow winter. They came out to inspect within half an hour, I had a quote on Family Day and the work was completed days later. The work was very well done and the crew courteous and friendly. I would absolutely use them again. Thanks loads to Edward and the crew!
