This company did a great job cleaning our ducts, dryer vent and furnace. So happy we went with this quality company. Would use them again next time.
Lousy customer service. Hung up on me!
They came out and assessed the issue. Scheduled to come out for the repair but cancelled. It has been a week and neither the company nor the service tech have returned a call. I have called one of my 14 or 15 calls. Never once has a live person answered- always goes straight to voicemail. I have never experienced poorer communication from any service provider. The lack of professionalism is appalling.
Ben was able to come out and get heat running quick when I was in a pinch. Solid work at a fair price.
Wonderful to work with and experienced, so nice and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
