Will never use this place again. Two weeks to do a two day job. Car sat on the lot for a week before they even pulled it into the shop while I'm paying for a rental.. They agreed to do the job for a certain amount and would only submit a supplement if ANY ADDITIONAL DAMAGE was found. Calibration is NOT additional damage and it should have been mentioned beforehand. Such deceitful people! The guy was only there for aopx an hour and $850.00?? Rip- off! Toyota would have only charged $570.
Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. Took car in to shop on 25 October was told it would be 3 to 5 weeks before parts would arrive. Called on a part update on 27 November and was told parts hadn't been ordered because they needed money first. Called my insurance rep who told me the funding authorization had been sent via email. On 29 December received call parts had arrived and I could bring my car in for repairs on 29 January took car in on 29 January and they told me they cancelled my repairs and that a ... read more
Normally dont write reviews but I do have to say that this place did an absolutely perfect job in getting my car repaired. I had the unfortunate event of having someone run a red light (go figure, Charleston drivers) a few months back. I picked my car up about a month and a half ago, and it looks perfect! I just went to Stokes Collision. And they were incredible, amazing , very kind ,very honest. If you ever have an issue with a collision, go there for sure. They will certainly take care of you. Thank you guys you were , I’ll say it again, amazing. Anita Murphy.
