Really long maintenance wait even with reservations ( 3 hrs for oil change) tiny waiting area and showroom.
This may be my favorite Subaru service center! They treat me well, and unlike other Subaru dealerships they are fast, efficient, and patient. I want to give a special shout out to Judas. This man has the patience of a saint. I went in for an oil change today, but he and his team found a problem. He warned me that my air filters were badly warped and told me how to fix it. I understand working customer service on weekends sucks but it's no reason to treat your customers this way. I came in for a 12000 mile service: needing my oil changed, tires rotates, brake pads replaced, and air filter replaced. I called the number on their website to schedule it. I had a voucher I purchased when I purchased the vehicle saying I could get oils for free but the other stuff would be charged. I bought used from Stohlman and traded in. Overall had a great experience with Gerik and Danny. Felt like I got a fair deal on both the used car and the trade in. Only complaint is that the whole process (test drive thru leaving with used car) took a long time, about 5.5 hours.
