This may be my favorite Subaru service center! They treat me well, and unlike other Subaru dealerships they are fast, efficient, and patient. I want to give a special shout out to Judas. I understand working customer service on weekends sucks but it's no reason to treat your customers this way. I came in for a 12000 mile service: needing my oil changed, tires rotates, brake pads replaced, and air filter replaced. I called the number on their website to schedule it. I had a voucher I purchased when I purchased the vehicle saying I could get oils for free but the other stuff would be charged. I bought used from Stohlman and traded in. Overall had a great experience with Gerik and Danny. Felt like I got a fair deal on both the used car and the trade in. Only complaint is that the whole process (test drive thru leaving with used car) took a long time, about 5.5 hours.
I refuse to go to any other VW dealerships now. Ive tried others, but this one just treats me so right.
