The best property management company in Florida! Bar none! Would rent with them 1000 times over again! Clean well maintained properties at a great value! If you need anything fixed, its done promptly and correctly with no hassle! Great owners that actually care about their properties and the satisfaction of their tenants. I would give these people 0 stars if possible. They don’t care about you or selling your home, they are the laziest group of realtors and if you actually want results go anywhere else. They market nothing and they literally just hope someone will drive by the sign and put an offer in. The realtor I got stuck with made nothing but promises in the beginning to get me to sign then did nothing to actually sell my home. It’s like they don’t like commission or something. They refuse to do open houses and will not do any marketing.... read more
