Fast, efficient, and possibly the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Stoddard plumbing is a family owned business who genuinely cares about their customers. After calling numerous places to help us with connection to sewer and septic tank abandonment (which if you are going through this it is quite a stressful process), it was so refreshing to speak with someone who actually wants to help you. Great service and learning experience given that I wasn't very knowledgeable when it came to our Septic system, they took the time to educate us and we will be forever grateful.
I am the Property Manager for my Mother-in-Law's property and I HIGHLY recommend Stoddard Plumbing. They replaced a septic tank (not one issue) and will be doing many other projects for us. Emergency calls?? They are great about that! Stoddard is also a privately owned company run by husband and wife. Customer service 10/10!
