I posted earlier that Stoddard NLA charged me for a catalog. I was in error, the invoice clearly marked the catalog as zero sale and zero amount. I have attempted to delete my previous post. I wrote to Bruce Schwartz about my assumptions and he was very proactive in addressing my issues. Bruce pointed out my error professionally, I was issued an RMA number, and my package was recalled, we will see if they agree or disagree that my shipping charges were impacted by sending me a "free" catalog.
