Stockyard is one of my go-to places when I want to grab a good meal. While I wasn't able to get what I usually like to order, I didn't stress over it because I've yet to have anything on the menu I didn't like. Josiah took care of us today. Super knowledgeable and very attentive (give bro a raise!). Great service. Great food! Pro-tip: Their truffle fries make fantastic leftovers.
The asparagus was cooked to perfection, and the homemade fries are soaked in water overnight to remove the starch, so they are tasty even after they cool off. The ribeye is incredible. The staff adjusted the order as requested even though it was somewhat busy, I never felt abandoned by Dakota, and the check came promptly at the end of the meal. The A/C was a bit strong, but they turned off the fans for us when asked, which helped a lot
