One of the most disorganized, incompetent, lying doctor offices I have ever had to deal with since the change to Community Medical Group!! My children have been going there for 17 years and this last year has been so horrible and they can’t get it together.
Como médico Muy bueno.... pero su citas son pésimas, no entiendo por qué dan cita a las 9:00 am y ahorita siendo las 10:00 am aún me digan q está un paciente mas delante de mi hijo ... ósea q debo esperar mas de dos horas para q toque el turno de mi hijo si su cita es alas 9:00 am .... woo malísima atención 👎
RecommendedPabustan is the best pediatrician hands down! Our son a was a premiee and has been with Pabustan for nearly 3 years! The office is busy but for a good reason. The staff are great too super friendly and knowledgeable. My first impression was get out as soon as possible because the wait was super long even with a appointment but they have changed that we’re in an out in no time! I can’t imagine life without Dr Pabustan

This is absolutely absurd , aptointment was made for 2:00 pm and never called in until 4:00 note sitting in an exam room still waiting. Something truely needs to be done about the scheduling of appointments . You have at least 20+ adults with 1-3 children each in the waiting room at any given time . Please find a way to fix this. You can't expect kids to sit here for this long it's hard enough for adults. It's no wonder people use the ER like a doctor's office
He's a awesome Doctor and makes my granddaughters laugh every time they see him.
