The staff is unorganized and unprofessional. I never knew what I was supposed to be doing and didn’t understand next steps. No one knew what was going on and Dr. AJ didn’t even remember my heath history. They didn’t check insurance prior to seeing them and tried to overcharge me for visits. When asked they said their priority was collecting fees not the patient. I looked for a different oncologist and found a wonderful one out of town the next day but so worth it. The first time I went to this clinic was in 2012! The staff was always super positive and supportive no matter what! Dr. Mehdi was always straight forward with procedures and answering all questions or concerns. I still see him because of numerous issues! Am so blessed to have a wonderful and caring doctor. I thank Jesus for all the staff and doctors who care for us!
Wonderful patient care. 1st vist and I am impressed. The provider had read all of my medical history. The staff are very kind.
My fiancé went here and initially saw Dr Kiraly- who is the best ever but sadly retiring. He was able to get approval for surgery at UC Davis super fast. We had to change insurance and he has been under the care of Dr Sunny Phillips. So far we have been happy with the care received. Never had issues getting appointments & wait times have never been long. Waiting area is a little small & can get crowded since most people who have appts here bring 1 person with them.
