Two stars because I try my a** off to stay positive when talking to the staff and live my life. but there is always something wrong in addition to whats wrong when I turn the car in. I was informed by Experian that someone had done credit check to purchase a car from this car dealer. I called to report that I had not authorize this. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. So I called from my cell phone and explained that someone was using my name and information to commit fraud all over Stockton. I was informed by Jose H******** to text him copy of my drivers license.
