Worst experience ever! I’ve bought a couple of cars from Lodi dodge and had great experiences. I went to this Stockton one and will not being buying any vehicles from there. The manger Joe Hernandez ruined my dodge experience and treats customers very rudely.
Heads up facebook friends. Beware of Stockton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. My son's Dart wouldn't start on X Mas eve. Its still under warrenty . The console went black. It was very stressful especially for a young person trying to make ends meet. He towed it to Dodge. Without any troubleshooting, they tried to push him into doing 2 seperate diagnostic tests to the tune of $370. NOT ONCE did they suggest testing the battery.
