I had the best experience last weekend! Mazen Hawash was excellent!! He listened to our needs and provided top notch service! No haggling over price and answered all of my many questions. The service department is a joke! I've been here twice in the last year, the first time I left a bad review so the last time I went they didn't want to deal with me because of that. I was told that if I don't feel like they can satisfy my needs, them there is no need to leave my car. I need my 2015 Chrysler 200 to run! Then I was told that I can get a first day rental but they can't get to my car for 2 days. So I'd have to bring the rental back the next day and be without a car until they fixed my car. Just spoke to Joe Hernandez "General Manager" he was extremely Rude. I am an Insurance Broker trying to assist a client of mine purchasing a vehicle from Stockton Dodge. I asked him a question regarding insurance requirements and he tells me it is none of my business. Well Joe, excuse me for wanting to become informed on updated policies for future reference. My husband and I purchase a brand new 2016 Challenger on May 9th. On May 16th our new car broke down a few blocks from our home. My husband was driving the car at the time, I was at work and left work since the car died in the middle of a busy street. As I was driving over to were he and the car were I was called Dodge Chrysler Roadside assistance. I was told that they would send out a tow truck.
