RecommendedWhen we pulled the door off the mini last week we decided the car has been wonderful for the past 14 years but we needed to replace it. I really enjoyed our experience at Stockton 12 Honda. Braxton helped us out for a long time this past weekend and was knowledgable, helpful, not-pushy and we left very very happy. It took them 7.5 hours to do an oil change and front engine mount—and that was with a pre-scheduled appointment! Then my alternator died shortly after leaving the shop—but since I didn’t get my car back until closing time, I had to get it towed the next day! (Fortunately, they covered the tow charge or I would have been even more upset!)
If you want the punchline, skip to my last paragraph. I purchased a 2019 Honda Ridgeline from Stockton on Saturday, August 4th, 2018. I don’t know about their sales but their service department is a bunch of ripoff artists!! We brought our van in for recall work a few times & every time it comes back in worse shape!! We would go somewhere else but they are the only Honda dealer for recalls in the south end of the valley! Now we have a “short” in our electrical system so our stereo, accessory, & dashboard shorts out! I had a great experience! I knew what I wanted to look at (2018 Honda accords) and I was immediately greeted by Bryce. I must say that most dealership I've been too they had always been pushy and if they knew you were just looking they weren't interested in you anymore. However, Bryce was opposite of that. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Because of his service and car I wanted to see I'm now owning one. Thanks again Bryce! I Would recommend to friends.
