A very simple car buying experience. My wife knew what she wanted, we did most everything remotely until the day of the purchase. It was easy and quick, just like we had been told.

You make an appointment for an oil change that jiffy lube and others can do in 15 to 20 mins with no appointment and it takes 2hrs. They have my number, call and say your running behind. I also bought the car 2 years ago new and the pre-set buttons on the radio work sometimes and they still can’t, not that they have tried, fix it. They are waiting on an update from Honda. Really two years. Every one smiles and says sorry.
Alex and Carson were awesome! Both made our experience at Stockton 12 Honda extremely pleasant and enjoyable. We felt like more than just trying to sale is a car they were more focus on treating us as lasting friends!
