Dear Fairweather Management, I am writing to share my recent experience at one of your stores. On Sunday September 14 I returned to the location to process a refund that had been discussed and confirmed as possible the previous day. Very nice collection with great price. Staffs are helpful. I was looking for a size which one they don’t have on the floor, the cashier who wear scarve she bring that size from inside even though the busy time. Will visit again
Staff needs to be more professional and polite
The cashier was very rude and rolling eyes while we were seraching something to exchange as there is no refund. l will never buy anything from this store again. Very frustrating
