Very bad experience. Poor bedside manner. Poor judgement of the patient’s medical history. Does not have the knack for making the patient comfortable during Pap smear. Takes for ever to respond to your questions and will not provide a satisfactory response. Beating around the bush for all questions. Overall bad experience. Will never go to her or recommend her.
Probably one of the worst bedside manners, poor insight into seeing a colleagues patient, and just overall poor judgement. She likes to waste your time addressing issues that have nothing to do with the appointment. Very defensive when you try to help her understand your issue, and got zero done for me as a patient. Was 20 min late in telemedicine and spent the next 40 minutes wasting my time. Never ever will I see her or recommend anyone see her. Please get someone else. Gives Optum a poor reputation.
