Service department messed my Intellalink system up when working on during warranty work and keeps going black. Find pieces of wire in my vehicle when I get it back from them and they always tell me they can’t find anything and it just started working. Charge me for something they messed up.
RecommendedI am writing this to let people know about the Silverado.. I have a 2017 and my father in law has a 2015. Both have leaks coming in through the satellite antenna bringing water in at the drivers sun visor. I went to Stockers with mine and they got it covered under warranty. I do have the extended. My farther in Law also purchased the extended. But for some reason the warranty co will not cover it. In the midst of all the COVID crazy, we forgot to post about our sweet new ride! We were really happy with our experience at Stocker. Highly recommend Darrick Brown! He was very straightforward with us & awesome through the whole process. Couldn't be happier! 😁
Everything their service department is the worst can’t get a car while they have mine to fix it but other Chevy dealers have no problem getting me a loaner
When my husband and I went to look at trucks here, they were very rude and condescending. They said we would never get the monthly payment we wanted (which we did with a different dealership, TWICE) and didn't seem really willing to work with us. Maybe because they thought there was going to be no sale, but that's not how to get one. I'm glad we took our business elsewhere.
The sales person I had when I bought my car was wonderful. The service department is ok. But the body shop is the worst I have ever dealt with. Craig who runs the body shop has some serious issues
Stocker matched a competitive price on a new vehicle and gave us over $400 more on a trade-in than other dealers had offered. Very good customer service! Worked with Jim. Will buy here from now on!
Glenn, our salesman, was perfect for us. He asked all of the right questions, was very patient with me, and delivered a truck I couldn’t pass up. The finance department knew exactly what I wanted to pay, and delivered below that price. Looking forward to many years dealing with Stocker now that I bought a truck from them.
