I currently live in this park and everything is great (i.e. Location, rent, am entities), however, the management is HORRIBLE. They continuously harass the residents about things that does not matter. They're hardly ever open during designated hours. In addition, take well over 3 weeks to approve potential residents. Rent has gone up without forewarning. Many homes that are in the park that are "For sale by owner," are manufactured homes that the park is selling WITHOUT the proper paperwork and taxes that have NOT been paid ... read more
Most people that live here don't have computors so I will place a review here. When I first moved in 3 years ago it was a pretty nice place compared to where I used to live. The bad part of town AKA (The Ghetto) But in the last couple of years it has been going down hill. Managers are letting people let their weeds grow, leaving junk out side.
