Very communicative when selling you the system and very unresponsive with back end help. My system still has not been turned on. They told me they were waiting on permission to operate from PG&E and so I waited. Nothing. Eventually, I called PG&E because they would not get back to me. PG&E said they haven’t even received the application yet. They were solid with the sales process and install but now I’m feeling like I should have avoided them all together.
Very quick to answer questions before signing but no answer once contract is signed.
Thomas is the best! Highly recommend!
Very happy with our service, we had it installed almost a year, the installation was quick and well done. My only complain is with our sales person John Smith, seem like he just wanted to close the sale and he disappeared, no follow up after panes/ equipment was installed to see if we had any questions or to let us know how to read or use our enlighten/ enojase app. I will highly recommend the company, will not recommend our sales person John Smith.
