Bought and sold houses through Chris Price, selling was good, he was personable and approachable and everything ran smoothly. How much pain can they give to a landlord while charging him for doing so? Your imagination will be overstretched! It had a bad start. I asked the PM and her assistant to pay the council rates and water out of the rent. Over the course of six months, I kept getting payment overdue notices from the council and water supplier.
