Avoid them if you can. I rented my first place with them when I was new to Australia and since then I’ve been with another real estate company and multiple agents, and now I know the county better. It’s only after my experience with these other agents that I’ve realised how awful this company and its agents had dealt with me. When moving out, for a small issue in the house they emailed me at 15:00 we need to come to an agreement otherwise they’ll make a VCAT application, then I got an email from VCAT at 17:30 that an applica... read more
I have dealt with Louisa De Petro at the Bundoora office and she has been amazing.. Over the last few weeks dealt with many real estate agents and my experience has not been great. She is one of the few good people remaining in the industry I must say ☺️
