I am not a fan of working out, but I am a HUGE fan of STLA! I knew when I hit 70 I needed to do something to re-build my strength and stamina to keep up with 4 grandchildren. Working out with Jonathan has allowed me to exceed my expectations! I am able to lift heavy grocery bags, get in and out of my car at record speed and carry two kids at a time all while keeping my balance. I convinced a few gal pals to join me and we have been committed to 3 days a week for more than a year. Cheers to staying strong!
I’ve been coming here and working out with Jonathan for 6 years. He is a really nice guy and cares about your success more than any trainer i have known. I am grateful to have found him. High energy space that gets you out of your comfort zone in the best way. I was a novice to weight & functional training but Jonathon made me feel at ease both in the gym & via online trainings. He knows how to work with any level, newbie to athlete. I started training with Jonathon during an extended trip to LA and I’d highly recommend STLA. I hadn’t done personal training before and I appreciated that he took time to initially understand my goals (strength training and balance) and then he curated the workout accordingly.
