I have been attending STL workout group classes since March of 2013. The classes are fantastic and are taught by great instructors that aren't intimidating! The gym is well run and clean with a very friendly staff!! It is also full of great equipment so nobody has to fight over machines! I would highly recommend STL workout to anyone looking for a gym and/or group classes!!
Cute gym and great location. My only complaint is It's always so hot inside! I've been to a gym that keeps it so warm inside.
I have been at St. Louis workout for almost 6 years. It has all the equipment I need, it's affordable, and I rarely have to wait for machines. Lately, what I have loved most is that classes are included in the monthly price. I have taken advantage of Yoga classes and some others that have worked with my schedule. I highly recommend this gym!
Great Gym! I have known the owners for over 20 years, very knowledgable, know the biz and good guys!
