Great gym! Friendly and equipped to help all fitness levels. The personal trainers are awesome! I was able to lose 37 lbs and 6% body fat in 3 months working with them. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
I love this little gym! My boyfriend and I have been coming for 2 years now, and we intend to stay! It has the best neighborhood vibe! It’s got everything you need from free weights, machines, and cardio equipment, to classes and open space for your own workouts. It doesn’t pretend to be anything it isn’t, and the community vibe here is second to none. It’s a nice little gym tucked away just above Forest Park! Come check it out!
The personal training staff is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable.
