I broke a tooth eating lunch on December 23rd. I called STL Urgent Dental in Saint Charles and they were able to give me an 8 AM appointment the next day, Christmas Eve. I believe the doctor said his name was Dr. Neil? Not entirely sure. I don’t remember the name of his assistant that day but I know she has a young cat named Sushi. Dr. Patel would benefit from training under supervision. Was unable to explain what was my brother’s condition and recommended antibiotics, steroids, and surgical referral within 30 seconds. We got a second opinion who recommended discontinuing above and that tooth extraction risks outweigh the benefits including permanent paresthesia and improper healing. Those are the basics of medicine, wish we were informed of his level of experience prior to seeing him. And please examine your patients before making decisions.
Helped get me in fast and fixed right before the holiday weekend. It was also way more affordable than I expected. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly. Thank you!
This place is family friendly they are wonderful and have the best nurses they give you more than what you need so you don't feel any sort of pain
My very first time going to the dentist and the experience was great! Would definitely recommend this place.
