Purchased 14 windows, so far we are happy with the product, the installers did a great job and took pride in their work. Would recommend you check them out and consider a quote.
Wish it was an option to give "0" stars. Shalako came to my home last October to quote new siding. After walking around the home to look it over, we spent an hour or so at my kitchen table talking over what my wife and I wanted. Conversation seemed good. Estimate promised within a couple weeks. Never received the estimate. Tried calling in twice. Left message with another gentleman advising needing estimate. Still no communication. Gave up on this company. Extremely disappointing.
The salesman was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. We were kept up to date on how our order was progressing. We were able to schedule an appointment that was timely. The installers were very fast and efficient and explained the features of the patio French doors.
It has been an enjoyable customer experience so far working with the team over at STL Design & Build. Jon Head coordinated with his team to provide us with a competitive price for our new deck. Becky Niebruegge has been friendly and professional while ensuring we have everything we need to begin construction.
