I question the professionalism of a company whose employees drive aggressively while operating a clearly marked company vehicle. The driver of the STL Design & Build vehicle in the attached photo cut me off and nearly forced me off the road. After I honked my horn to avoid a collision, the driver became even more aggressive and repeatedly brake checked me for over a mile. It was an intimidating and unsafe experience. STL Windows Direct is one of the worst window replacement companies in St. Louis. I had a very bad experience with them and would not recommend this company to anyone.I contacted the owner to express my concerns. He called me and scheduled an appointment to discuss the issues, but he never showed up. It was very disappointing, especially considering the poor experience my wife and I had with the company.
We connected with STL Design and Build about our kitchen remodeling project. Ultimately we did decide to move forward with another remodel company that aligned more closely with our timeline but had a very positive experience with this company and their designer, Marc. Marc was very helpful going over our project goals and talking through design options. I’ve worked with several contractors, and in many cases you either deal with poor workmanship or unexpected issues along the way. That has not been my experience with STL Design and Build. From day one, they have been professional, straightforward, and transparent. There were no hidden issues, and everything has been clearly communicated throughout the process.
