If there was a no star option I would have picked it. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE !! you are forewarned. What a disaster. Nothing custom or professional about it. A disaster before they even started and now I'm going to have to hire a real professional to fix this mess.
I asked for an estimate on Next Door app to replace my 2 doors. I spoke with Cheryl on the phone and we discussed how I bought the 2 new doors and needed someone to install them. We talked about how the back door had a window in it. We talked about how the door to the garage was fire rated (she specifically asked me that). I took time off work to meet her for the estimate. We are on a tight Budget, not even sure of all the steps needed to get the job done. We had the Kitchen Cabinets Refaced and a Quarts countertop cut with a rececced sink and backsplash. A great upgrade to the wood cabinets from 1963. They also are able to modify for the slow close doors. Galley Kitchen. They will do our Master Bathroom next. They are very clean leaving no mess when they left. Project Manager Visits. We had a Good experience. Retro Fits can be between 35 & 50% less.
I would highly recommend STL windows. Our installers Nate and Tony were very professional and meticulous with our window installation. Any mess they made was cleaned up each time they were here. Our salesman Paul was by here at least twice to check on how things were going we were extremely satisfied with STL windows direct
