RecommendedAbsolutely fabulous customer service. Called me to verify my order and to discuss possible issues that others have had. Brainstormed options to be able to use the headboard and footboard I have since crib conversion rails are no longer available for this particular brand. Very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend!
RecommendedI ordered a certain pillow from STL Beds, they no longer carried the pillow and offered to instead swap out a similar pillow. The pillow I received I did not like at all and when I called STL, they were very responsive and gave me a refund. It really seems like a small business that cares about its reputation and its customers, I would highly recommend.
RecommendedI own a 976 glide away with safety latch I bought it a few years ago and didn’t use it for year . I spent four hours trying to open the bed last night ! I was losing my mind I knew it was simple :I could not find any videos online but I did find this great store that sold the same bed ; the bed is great when you remember how to use it !!! Didn’t fit my bed at all. I was willing to pay a lot of money for a little piece of metal rather than buy a new bed but I ended up $50 poorer AND has to buy a new bed. If you think you wanna try this, contact me and I will give you the two that I have that didn’t work.

RecommendedI ordered the HEAVY DUTY KING FRAME, and am very pleased with your product. It was very easy to assemble and is a very sturdy frame. I liked the way it fit together so nicely and that everything bolts together. It should last forever!!

RecommendedPurchased the Q33 Queen size heavy duly bed frame on line. Excellent construction, easy to put together--we are 68 and 70 years old, not handy, and we got it together in 20 minutes! Customer service (Michael) was extremely helpful. If you have a flimsy bed frame, replace it with the Q33 -- you won't regret it. And, the price was excellent!
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They spent quite some time with my husband and I on the phone on a Saturday afternoon, after our 24 year old soft-side waterbed was found to be leaking.
