I ordered extension bed rails to convert twin beds to twin xl. STL had a pattern for the hook size that they have you trace on cardboard and test if they will fit the head and foot boards. Smart! They fit but I received an email from them a day later saying that I should check the width. I did and my beds were a little wider than allowed. They recommended a plan to accommodate my configuration. My beds are up and look great! That is wonderful customer service. I highly recommend STL.
I ordered bed rail support system from STL due to the middle wooden rail breaking on our bed (for second time - no fix possible this time). It came really fast, easily put together and bed is now super sturdy. Why don't all beds come with frames like these? Highly recommend this company and product.

Best product around and what is even better then their product is their customer service. Forget going anywhere else as it is just a waste of time!
We needed crossmember supports for an existing bed frame to support a foam mattress. STL Beds was the only place that I was able to find them here locally, so I made a trip Down to Arnold to pick them up. While there, I asked Doug about another head board and foot board that we purchased that were missing the side rails. I could have purchased them directly through the manufacturer, but their shipping alone would have been more than the cost of the side rails themselves. Exactly what we needed! We decided to use an old headboard and footboard however found we didn't have the frame. We searched online and STL beds had exactly what we needed. We were able to print out a template to make sure frames fit in the slots to attach on head and footboard and even received a call from STL beds to make sure on measurements. Came quickly and thankful we were able to find the product we needed.
