Sunday early dinner and happy hour unfortunately disappointing. There were several menu issue. No Cloud or Lava cake only Chocolate cake that's off menu and we were charged for the ice cream that should have been included with every cake, we pointed out and still the charge remains. We were served by Paulette. What incredible service. Make sure you ask for Paulette when you visit this fantastic restaurant to guarantee the very best service! They offer the best hamburger in available in San Francisco. The burgers are made of the amazing Wagyu Beef. Really a one of a kind experience. And don't forget to ask for Paulette!!!
I was excited to check out STK with great expectations.. Unfortunately .. The waiter was rude and by the time my drinks got to the table they look like they were half gone.. The tuna tartare was good enough for fish bait, and the potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. The steak was Decent Way overpriced for what you get, and the service you receive. There is much better options in the city. Highly not recommended
Edit 4/23/26 - downgraded to 2 stars; happy hour was patio only today, seated outside for 15+ minutes without a waiter coming by, had 3 separate people tell us that they were not the waiter *** Would come back for happy hour for sure, but not for dinner. The cocktails were excellent, with a beautiful atmosphere and great service. I wasn’t a huge fan of most of the happy hour food - tacos, quesadillas, and popcorn chicken all tasted a bit bland. Terrible service. We were ready to order and no waiter wanted to take our order. They all used excuses to not serve us. They should get it together, it’s sad how much this place has gone downhill.
