I have lived with Stivers for 5 months. Please, do not live here. Please. Do not be tricked or confused to sign. They are the slum apartments. They lied about everything and then made it seem like I was lying. I was told on the lease I have a parking spot then later, I was basically crazy cause I didn’t know I need to pay an extra $250 for parking every 6 months. The lease clearly states 1 allocated spot. I sent an email inquiring on a listing on their website. I followed up with a call after receiving no response to have the woman chuckle at me and insist the address I was referencing wasn’t one they are listing. After putting me on hold, she comes back to inform me, while laughing, that the address I was calling on had been rented out for years, they haven’t updated their website and this shouldn’t be listed…great job!
