I love my apartment! Its so sunny and spacious, wood floors, open kitchen and a porch to grow flowers and veggies! Brenda has been wonderful, and Ashley was a big help on my moving in day! 😊
I have lived with Stivers for 5 months. Please, do not live here. Please. Do not be tricked or confused to sign. They are the slum apartments. They lied about everything and then made it seem like I was lying. I was told on the lease I have a parking spot then later, I was basically crazy cause I didn’t know I need to pay an extra $250 for parking every 6 months. The lease clearly states 1 allocated spot.
